By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

The commission is for personal, non-profit use only. For commercial work, please contact me directly through email.

You may not use the artwork for AI dev, NFT, or any blockchain-related technology.

Please be polite and respectful. I have the right to terminate a commission should the client become unreasonable or display any ill behavior.

I hold the right to refuse or discontinue an order, at any time, for any reason.

All prices are in USD only. Payment is made using Paypal via Artistree invoice or Paymongo (PH only).

The prices listed are the base prices. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request.

Full payment is required upfront. I will not start/queue a commission for work until the order has been paid. Orders with payments not sent within 72 hours will be canceled and the slot will be offered to someone else.

Please don’t send me any payment before I’ve agreed to give you a slot and send you an invoice!

A minimum of 5 slots will be available per commission batch. More slots may be opened depending on the workload i'll receive.

Be clear and concise about what you want. Commissions without clear visual references will be declined. Please ensure you have good quality references before ordering.

Turnaround time is usually around one to three months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece, and/or other work. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Communication and progress updates will be done mainly through email and Artistree. A link to a Trello progress board will also be provided, so you can check the status of your commission at any time.

If there are any delays, I will personally tell you ASAP. You are also welcome to contact me for questions or request additional WIP screenshots.

Tipping is not necessary but is greatly appreciated! If you’d like to tip me, my tip jar is over at Ko-fi.

INQUIRY. Read the Terms of Service and fill out the commission form.

AGREEMENT. If your commission request is accepted, I will reply to you with a breakdown of the fees and a link to the invoice.

PAYMENT. Once payment has been confirmed, I will queue your commission for production.

PRODUCTION. You will receive an email once I start working on your commission. Updates will be provided at every stage of the process. Each stage will require your approval before I proceed to the next.

DELIVERY. Completed artwork will be sent to you via email.

FFXIV Au Ra: +25% of the base price. This fee will not apply to Chibi Commissions since the art style calls for simplified details.

Additional Background Details: starts at $10. Due to my workload, I can't accept requests for highly detailed backgrounds right now. Sorry!

Difficult / Complex Pose: starts at $15.

Props (Weapons / Held Items / Minions): starts at $10.

Detailed Clothing / Armor / Jewelry / Ornaments: starts at $15.

Additional Revision Fee: starts at $10, depending on how big the revision will be.
